  • How does the free trial work?

    You can use Linkody free for 30 days. You don't need to enter any credit card details to start the trial. All features but CSV/PDF export will be available. When your trial ends, just pick up the plan that suits you best.

  • How do the quotas work?

    You can share the quota of domains between your own domains and your competitors. For instance, with the Advanced plan you can track 2 of your domains and 3 competitors. This gives you total flexibility.
    The quota of links is the total number of links you can track for your own domains. Competitor links don't use up any quota.

  • Can I cancel my paid account any time?

    You can stop your monthly payment at any time. When your subscription period ends your account will automatically convert to a free plan. We will keep your links in case you want to subscribe again in the future.

  • If I have questions, where can I find answers?

    You can chat with us through our widget or email us. We're committed to providing you with great customer support. Our blog also contains several guides that cover our tool's usage.

  • Can I change my plan any time?

    If you need a bigger quota, you can upgrade your plan at any time without additional fees.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Yes. All annual plans come with 3 months free.

  • How often does Linkody check my backlinks?

    Linkody checks your links and updates their status every 24h.

  • How often will I receive email reports?

    You can receive your email reports on a daily or weekly basis, or just turn them off if you don't want to receive any email.
